Basic Problem / Requirements:
 | The video didn't start. While rare, you may have to wait up to 60
seconds for the video to start depending on your connnection speed. If the video doesn't
start at all, hit your refresh / reload button. If problems persist, continue reading.

 | The volume is too soft. Because the videos are viewed on a variety of
computer systems and speakers, we set the volume to a moderate level. Please adjust your
computer speaker volume to suit your preference while viewing.

 | Windows and Mac Users: 56k modem is required. You must view video
through Internet Explorer or AOL for Windows and have the latest version
of Windows Media Player installed. Both are available for free at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp?

 | WebTV (and similar) Users: You may or may not have a version that
allows you to view internet video. Please call or email your technical support for details
on versions that support streaming video. |
